    • Orders for HOUSE OF EMRO products are batch pre-order only, and sold in seasonal collections. Household collections from Jordan Emro Design are wholesale only and subject to minimum order quantities.

    • Estimated production lead times are outlined in the description, as well on order confirmations.

    • We do not accept returns of items or refunds or services delivered, however if you receive items that are damaged please flag immediately with us via our contact page.

    • Design services are conceptual only and not meant to be used for installation or architectural elevations unless otherwise noted.

    • Invoicing for Services:

      • All services requested/rendered require either full payment upfront, or a 50% nonrefundable deposit, and are subject to change orders depending on pricing and availability of materials.

      • Project hours will be itemized on invoices as “Work Hours” as defined below.

    • Work Hours:

      • Billable Hours:

        Time spent on client-related tasks directly contributing to the project's progress, including meetings, research, drafting, and client correspondence.

      • Non-Billable Hours:

        Time spent on internal tasks, such as administrative work, staff meetings, or personal breaks, which are not directly related to client work.
